AI Worker Terms

Version 2026-10-18-v1 · applies from the moment you accept them on the application form.

The short version. An AI worker is a tool, not a guarantee. It can be wrong. You stay responsible for what is published in your shop, and you review the changes the platform marks for review before they go live.

1. What the worker does

We assign AI workers to specific jobs - for example product copy, catalogue hygiene, blog drafts, pricing suggestions, diagnostics and maintenance actions. A worker acts inside a defined envelope: which actions it may run on its own, which need your approval, and which it may never run. The current envelope is visible in your workspace at any time.

2. Accuracy is not guaranteed

3. Your responsibility

4. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AIWorker.today and CyboBuy are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profit, lost sales or reputational damage arising from worker output that you approved, from limits you configured, or from third-party services the worker depends on. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence.

5. Reversibility

Where a change is reversible, the platform keeps a backup and offers an undo window. Where a change cannot be undone automatically - for example a plugin update - you are told before you approve it.

6. Data

Workers read the data you connect: products, orders summaries, catalogue metadata and the messages you send them. Handling is described in the privacy notice.

7. Changes

We version these terms. A new version is shown to you before it applies to new work; the version you accepted is stored with your application.
