Does anything go live without my approval?

No. Every pod parks its work for review — nothing publishes or changes your store until you approve it.

Do I have to start with Sage?

Applying is free, and the score is genuinely useful before you spend — so we recommend it first. But you can start any pod directly.

Is there a contract?

No long-term commitment — cancel any time. Your roadmap fee is credited toward your first pod month.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — every plan starts with a 3-day free trial. We switch it on when we set up your account, so you can see a pod work on your own tasks before you pay anything.

Monthly or yearly?

Monthly is the default. Pay for a year up front and you save 10% (for example, Solo is €99/month or €1,069/year).

How does the token pricing work?

Each plan includes a monthly AI-token allowance — Solo 500k, Grace 2M, Faith 3M, Axiom 5M. The allowance resets every cycle, so unused tokens expire rather than roll over, and anything beyond it is billed per 100k tokens at a low per-plan rate. It is designed so individuals and small organisations pay only for the work they actually request.

Can I run more than one pod?

Yes — each is billed separately and they run independently or together. Sage's roadmap tells you which to prioritize.
